We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our Global Scaled Customer Success organization in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business outcomes and shape the future of customer experience.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple segments, leveraging data and insights to inform your approach. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Advocacy/Support, Renewals, and Professional Services, to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a proven track record of identifying business objectives and mapping solutions. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, as you'll need to convey technical information to customers at various levels of expertise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver tailored customer success plans that drive business outcomes and growth
  • Leverage data and insights to inform your approach and optimize customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences
  • Develop deep product knowledge and effectively communicate value to customers

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. **Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to identify business objectives and map solutions
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and one other language from Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian
