About the Role
Signal AI is seeking a Sales Operations Professional to join our Revenue Operations team. This key role involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to support initiatives, manage system-related tasks, and provide ad-hoc support to the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise lead management processes and enhance marketing automation tools like Pardot and Qualified.
- Analyse campaign performance to ensure smooth operations and effective marketing strategies.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity by managing data enrichment tools like Cognism and ZoomInfo.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and manage marketing campaigns within Salesforce.
- Assist Sales with Territory Mapping and support deal desk function globally during crunch time.

Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience with a marketing automation tool (Pardot, Hubspot...).
- 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
