About the Role

Signal AI is seeking a Sales Operations Professional to join our Revenue Operations team. This key role involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to support initiatives, manage system-related tasks, and provide ad-hoc support to the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise lead management processes and enhance marketing automation tools like Pardot and Qualified.
  • Analyse campaign performance to ensure smooth operations and effective marketing strategies.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity by managing data enrichment tools like Cognism and ZoomInfo.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and manage marketing campaigns within Salesforce.
  • Assist Sales with Territory Mapping and support deal desk function globally during crunch time.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with a marketing automation tool (Pardot, Hubspot...).
  • 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
