Job Description
As a Customer Relationship Manager at Colt Technology Services, you will be the key point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing invaluable support to sales colleagues and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Support Sales
- Work closely with sales colleagues to bring new customers into the business
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers
- Customer Experience
- Act as the conduit between customers, sales teams, and other Colt teams
- Deliver a professional level of customer experience through excellence in service
- Understand customer requests and match them to Colt's product offerings
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with other internal teams to create orders that meet customer needs
- Ensure efficient management of customer requests and timely resolution
- Educate customers about Colt's systems, tools, and processes
- Requirements
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Previous experience in a sales and/or customer-facing role
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence people at all levels to achieve customer goals
- Passion for customer experience and adaptability to changing customer needs
- Good presentation skills and knowledge of ERP or CRM tools
