Job Description



As a Customer Relationship Manager at Colt Technology Services, you will be the key point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing invaluable support to sales colleagues and ensuring a seamless customer experience.





  • Support Sales



    • Work closely with sales colleagues to bring new customers into the business

    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers



  • Customer Experience



    • Act as the conduit between customers, sales teams, and other Colt teams

    • Deliver a professional level of customer experience through excellence in service

    • Understand customer requests and match them to Colt's product offerings



  • Collaboration and Communication



    • Collaborate with other internal teams to create orders that meet customer needs

    • Ensure efficient management of customer requests and timely resolution

    • Educate customers about Colt's systems, tools, and processes



  • Requirements



    • Great written and verbal communication skills in English and German

    • Previous experience in a sales and/or customer-facing role

    • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to influence people at all levels to achieve customer goals

    • Passion for customer experience and adaptability to changing customer needs

    • Good presentation skills and knowledge of ERP or CRM tools
