Customer Support Associate

The Role
As a Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and emails from clients in Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Germany, and Finland.
- Resolving issues related to ID and T-PIN setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions.
- Utilizing our proprietary tools, processes, and methods to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Providing top-notch customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Florentine fluency and English language proficiency at a B2 level.
- Previous customer care experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent computer skills and a strong understanding of software applications.
- Superb problem-solving abilities, research skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on professionalism, thoroughness, and adaptability.
