Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Growth

The Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Growth will play a crucial role in driving business expansion at Recipharm Ab. This position requires building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify and develop new opportunities in the Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities include:
- Establishing strong connections with clients across various segments, including Plasmids, Nucleic Acid (mRNA, LNP), Viral Vectors (AAV, LV, OV), and microbiome services.
- Developing a deep understanding of the CDMO market and communicating Recipharm Ab's unique value proposition to drive commercial success.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders in manufacturing, process development, project management, and engineering to ensure seamless proposal, negotiation, and implementation processes.
- Maintaining open communication channels with senior leadership to develop and implement commercial strategies, goals, and actions.
This role demands a strong passion for sales and business development, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills to build lasting relationships with key accounts and territory management experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in the CDMO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry and be willing to travel up to 50%.
