We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive strategic partnerships and client engagement for our innovative MarTech solution. As a key member of our team, you'll identify and secure new campaign opportunities with blue-chip clients across various sectors, leveraging your consultative sales approach and business acumen to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pitch new campaign opportunities with blue-chip clients
- Engage with marketing and brand managers to understand client challenges and objectives
- Craft innovative TLC solutions to drive measurable results
- Secure 1-3 month campaign projects and identify larger, multi-year contract prospects for our specialist team
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and account management colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences
What We're Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales experience in marketing, advertising, or customer engagement
- Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into creative solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing/advertising principles
