Company Overview

Cross Border Talents is a leading provider of customer support solutions, and we are currently seeking an Italian Language Customer Service Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is 1,300 EUR/month x 14 months, with a performance bonus of 380 EUR/month and meal allowance of 7.23 EUR/day (net) totaling 1,908.72 EUR annually.

Job Description

As an Italian Language Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing prompt, empathetic, and effective support to customers across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to deliver a high-quality service experience that consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with queries about orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
  • Deliver a high-quality service experience by addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Follow through on inquiries to full resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with internal departments to expedite customer requests efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Native Italian speaker with formal speech and exceptional writing skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with digital tools and customer support software.

The standard work hours are Monday - Friday, between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (rotating shifts), with weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
