Strategic Growth Director for Demand Generation

We seek an experienced and strategic Demand Generation Director to drive our next growth phase by orchestrating a best-in-class demand generation operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the demand generation strategy, combining inbound and outbound marketing efforts to create and capture demand across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing and Head of Sales Development to align efforts and maximise results.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional campaigns incorporating organic growth strategies, paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Optimise and scale our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach, ensuring personalisation and precision in targeting key accounts.
  • Oversee demand creation/capture through organic and paid channels to ensure a balanced pipeline.
  • Build robust frameworks for lead generation and nurturing, ensuring seamless handover to the sales team.

We're looking for someone with 6-8 years of experience in a leadership role within demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. You should have a proven track record of managing and scaling ABM strategies, inbound and outbound marketing, and paid media campaigns. Additionally, you should have expertise in orchestrating demand generation operations across multiple channels, including SEO, paid search/social, content marketing, email marketing, and events.
