What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a team player with a positive attitude, who has a high level of European Portuguese and fluent in English (B2) - Both languages written and oral. If you have an interest in sports and good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications), we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required. Availability to work on rotational shifts is a must.
