Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Glory Global. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logging, prioritizing, and assigning incident tickets in a timely manner
  • Manning the Service Desk phone line during scheduled shifts
  • Resolving incidents and service requests to a high standard, following established SLAs
  • Accurately capturing required details to log tickets and escalating incidents to other teams when necessary
  • Reporting on statistics and metrics as required
  • Fulfilling joiner, mover, and leaver requests in accordance with regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Qualification to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a team environment on a 24x7 shift basis
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry, with knowledge of business applications related to such
  • Strong foundation in computing and IT, with good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with proficiency in Spanish, French, or German
  • Self-driven with a passion for the field and a commitment to personal development
