Job Description

We're seeking a skilled National Sales Strategist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key accounts across the nation's impulse channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive business growth in the impulse channel sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account managers and decision-makers across various distribution channels.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-6 years of commercial experience in a consumer goods company, ideally with a focus on sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
Education:

Candidates should hold a university degree in a relevant field, such as economics, business administration, finance, engineering, or marketing.

Language Skills:

Fluent English is essential, with native Portuguese language skills preferred.

Work-Life Balance:

This role requires occasional travel (10-20% of the time) and offers a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience.
