**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative - Technical Support, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to customers through various channels. Your tasks will include:

  • Identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Assisting customers with billing inquiries, transactions, and order placement
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them when necessary
  • Providing resolution to customer inquiries in a timely manner

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience with consumer products and services (an asset)
  • Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
  • Advanced internet research skills
