Predictive Maintenance Adoption Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Predictive Maintenance Adoption Specialist to join our team at Stratio Automotive. As a key member of our Customer Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a partner and consultant to clients, understanding their organizations and supporting them in adopting predictive maintenance using Stratio's solutions.
- Manage projects with clients in different stages of their lifecycle, from initial project deployment to ongoing adoption and optimization.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of each client organization and business, including their contracts, stakeholders, and fleet operations.
- Onboard and ramp up clients, driving adoption and ensuring they maximize the value from Stratio's solutions.
- Flag account risks, opportunities, and monitor contract renewal dates, accurately identifying customer sentiment and contributing to the continuous improvement of Stratio's implementation handbooks.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing project management or delivery, with a background in consulting and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and create rapport.
- Fluency in English, with a minimum C1 level in French (must be able to work with French-speaking customers).
