E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Braga, Portugal. This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days of on-site work and 3 days of remote work.
About the Role
This customer-facing position involves providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong passion for customer service, and fluency in French (C1/C2 level).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as their features and benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels by collecting feedback and implementing changes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce customer support or a similar role
- Fluency in French (C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike

Estimated Salary Range
