Role Overview
We're looking for a Customer Solutions Expert to join our Lisbon office and provide top-notch support to German-speaking clients. As a key member of our support team, you'll work closely with product management and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features, troubleshoot customer issues, and provide suitable solutions. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via live chat and phone, collaborating with teams to resolve issues, and helping turn both new and existing customers into loyal users.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in German and English
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several customer conversations simultaneously
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF SALES PROCESSES (e.g., lead tracking, reporting)
- Familiarity with email systems and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
