Buscojobs Portugal is a leading provider of innovative leisure solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Global Sales Director to join our team.
As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2C sales growth globally by building and executing scalable sales principles, processes, and guidelines across all regions.
The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years managing teams, and possess a strong understanding of e-commerce, lead generation, and digital marketing.
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
