Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Randstad Ii - Prestação De Serviços, Limitada. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and tailored success plans.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who is eager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed client expectations. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support for clients. You will also develop and execute comprehensive success plans, monitor client usage and performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize their experience.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or similar, and more than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the technology, SaaS, or Artificial Intelligence industry. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting metrics is essential, as well as fluency in English (Portuguese and Spanish are also a plus). Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support for clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans tailored to each client, outlining objectives, milestones, and strategies for achieving desired outcomes.
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize their experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance, best practices, and strategic recommendations to maximize the value they derive from our AI solutions.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or similar.
  • More than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the technology, SaaS, or Artificial Intelligence industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting metrics.
  • Fluency in English (Portuguese and Spanish are also a plus).
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a food allowance of 9.62€ per workday, health insurance, and a performance bonus.
