Project Overview



We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the execution of digital projects with a strong emphasis on Data & AI, including initiatives involving Generative AI. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic squad, working alongside Scrum Masters, Designers, Solution Architects, and collaborating closely with various business units within the company.



Key Responsibilities





  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.

  • Drive initiatives that leverage Data & AI technologies to enhance business processes, decision-making, and customer experiences.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of AI models, data analytics, and machine learning solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in Data & AI, and propose relevant advancements into project strategies.

  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Designers, Solution Architects, and other team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Ensure clear communication and coordination across the squad.

  • Collaborate with various business units to understand their challenges, needs, and objectives, translating them into effective digital solutions.

  • Ensure that projects align with business goals and deliver tangible value.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Proactively address challenges and roadblocks to maintain project momentum.

  • Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet established standards and requirements aligned with the company's standards.



Requirements





  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing digital projects, with a strong focus on Data & AI.

  • Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar role is highly desirable.

  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Data & AI technologies, including machine learning, data analytics, and Generative AI.

  • Familiarity with data management, data warehousing, and cloud platforms.

  • Good project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.

  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.

  • Solid leadership and team management abilities.

  • Ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to align digital solutions with business objectives.
