Salary


The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the level of responsibility associated with the position.



Job Description


We are seeking a Senior Account Growth Manager to drive business expansion in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management and sales, with a strong understanding of the office industry and its trends.



Responsibilities:



  • Lead the growth of dealers, resellers, and wholesalers within the French, Benelux, and selected EMEA regions
  • Set annual targets and agreements with dealers, resellers, and distributors within the region
  • Optimize marketing tools in collaboration with dealers, resellers, and distributors
  • Achieve set growth plans and targets in new areas
  • Identify and onboard new partners/customers within the EMEA region, appoint key missing Office Products Partners, and recognize/grow key resellers purchasing from current distributors
  • Drive new business development by identifying alternative or new channels to complement the Office Products Channel for the product segments
  • Closely collaborate with Sales Support Managers and Junior Account Managers
  • Work internally with Marketing and Business Development to increase sales across different business lines
  • Understand the market and competitors in the region of responsibility and relay relevant information to the appropriate departments
  • Monitor the online environment in the area of responsibility and provide feedback to the Marketing team to optimize online presence and offerings
  • Conduct proactive website checks when new products are listed
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable proposals
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team and customers to enhance customer care and product service
  • Plan and forecast sales budgets on a monthly basis


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor/Master-level education
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in sales/account management-related positions
  • Minimum 5+ years' hardware products experience
  • To be fluent in French and English (ideally fluent in Dutch, English, and French)
  • Experience with the office industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to build good internal and external relationships
  • International sales experience in at least 2 of the following geographical areas: NL, FR, Nordics, DACH, IT, Eastern Europe
