The Role

We are looking for a Senior RV Sales Process Analyst to join our regional RV Sales team in North America (NA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC). As part of this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing vehicle sales operations, ensuring seamless delivery processes, and driving compliance across all regions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating leads and engaging with auction houses and vehicle dealers to drive sales growth
  • Coordinating the fulfillment process before, during, and after a sale, guaranteeing timely delivery of vehicles and associated documentation to buyers
  • Establishing efficient processes for vehicle deliveries, ensuring quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Serving as a point of contact for RV Sales and Field Operations teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication
  • Analyzing current processes in North America and identifying areas for improvement, developing scalable frameworks to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Tracking and enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as SLA adherence and delivery quality
  • Creating dashboards and reports to support decision-making and process optimization
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements across all regions of responsibility
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a PMO role or Sales Operations role
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel / Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A hands-on, resourceful, and flexible approach to work
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
  • A willingness to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to ever-changing situations
  • Motivation to take ownership of projects and drive results
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; other language skills are desirable
Estimated Salary Range

Based on industry standards and job market conditions, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
