Polish Customer Support Specialist

Overview
We are looking for a skilled Polish Front Office Assistant to join our team at Adecco. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests
- Develop long-term relationships with customers
- Manage customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Polish language skills (mandatory)
- Degree in Languages, Business Relations, Tourism or similar
- Experience in customer management and customer support
- Experience in SAP or another ERP, salesforce or another ticketing tool is preferable
- Dynamism, proactivity, good energy and team spirit
- Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills
