Overview

We are looking for a skilled Polish Front Office Assistant to join our team at Adecco. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers
  • Manage customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Polish language skills (mandatory)
  • Degree in Languages, Business Relations, Tourism or similar
  • Experience in customer management and customer support
  • Experience in SAP or another ERP, salesforce or another ticketing tool is preferable
  • Dynamism, proactivity, good energy and team spirit
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills
