About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a key ambassador for our Italian-speaking clients.



Job Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional customer support, advice, and solutions to Italian-speaking clients
  • Manage complaints and incidents related to orders in a professional and timely manner
  • Potentially contribute to other projects based on company needs and candidate expertise


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Fluency in two languages: Portuguese and Italian (this is a must)
  • Excellent communication and learning skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Good computer skills
  • Initiative and leadership spirit
