Job Description
You will work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner. You will be able to put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyze their problems, and offer individual solutions. Your tasks will include offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media. You will develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client and become an expert on all things New Balance. You will also embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
- A fluent level of Dutch with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English (both written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Benefits
Salary: €14,923.07 gross per year. This figure takes into account the location, job requirements, and industry standards.
Contract: Temporary (3-month contract with a 1-month probation period). You will have the opportunity to grow with our company and potentially secure a permanent position.
Working Hours: Part-time (30 hours/week) with flexible working days/ hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm). Enjoy a better work-life balance with our hybrid model, which includes 4 days per month at the office and training purposes.
Incentives: Top performance incentives will be awarded based on your achievements and contributions to the team.
Holidays: 2 accrued per month / 24 calendar days per year. Plus, enjoy paid bank holidays and an extra day in lieu.
