About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in one of our centres. As a Community Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue

• Manage day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring exceptional customer service

• Inspire and motivate a team of associates to deliver outstanding results

• Promote the centre to new customers and showcase the benefits of IWG's flexible workspace solutions

• Generate leads through engaging networking events and activities within the community

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field

• Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets
