Car Fleet Governance Assistant Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Car Fleet Governance Assistant to join our team in P&G Carreiras.
Key Responsibilities
- Individual Lease Agreements (ILA's): Implement the quarterly price update process to facilitate cost components validation, simplify and streamline ILA price verification process, and ensure ILA tracking exists at each market.
- Lease Accounting: Ensure Car Fleet Lease Accounting process follows SAFE guidelines, implement a quarterly reconciliation process to ensure data reported to Contract Lease Management (CLM) team is complete and accurate, and work with Country MO HR SPOCs and FMC's (where applicable) to ensure Lease Accounting process is robust.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English Language.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting is very much appreciated.
- Energy and passion to join a winning team.
- Strong communication skills.
