Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Administrator to join our team at Devoteam. As a key member of our Infrastructure department, you will be responsible for maintaining and administering our platform, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity among our teams.

About the Role

  • Maintain close relationships with other entities and teams within the Infrastructure department to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
  • Provide operational maintenance and administration of our OCM team's platform, including SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, RightFax, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate, as well as their related monitoring components (Zabbix).
  • Design new infrastructure or technical products, working in conjunction with Architects to realize POCs and prototypes.
  • Evaluate and resolve Level 2 and 3 user incidents on all O365 and OnPrem SharePoint platforms.
  • Offer level 3 expertise on complex operational incidents, diagnose causes of malfunctions, propose corrections and workarounds.
  • Escalate major incidents to vendors like Microsoft and Trend Micro.
  • Coordinate and test change management processes to configure new SharePoint applications on the M365 tenant (scripting customizations).
  • Develop operational reporting using PowerBI.
  • Automate operational tasks with PowerShell, PowerAutomate, and PowerApps.
  • Migrate SharePoint onprem sites to Office 365.
  • Establish and implement rules for good system management and usability, qualifying them from a technical standpoint.
  • Contribute to capacity planning actions and assume responsibility for them on delegation from your manager.
  • Suggest solutions to improve system performance.
  • Ensure proper product implementation to meet the required level of service quality consistent with SLA requirements.
  • Maintain expertise in your field, proposing and managing developments aligned with functional or technical needs by:
  • Monitoring technology advancements.
  • Participating in studies or evolutions in the general technical architecture and IT platform qualification.
  • Collaborating with experts in other fields.
  • Verifying application of standards (IT security, quality, etc.) and potentially involved in supplier selection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally 5-8 years.
  • Experience and interest in administration activities.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and applications.
  • Solid understanding of Sharegate, MS Graph, and SharePoint API.
  • Excellent knowledge of Collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform).
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with Zabbix or other monitoring tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (firewall, load balancers).

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is between €60,000 and €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
