Job Title: German Customer Support Specialist for Social Media Platform

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused German-speaking professional to join our Customer Delight Team at a leading social media company. As a German Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing quality support to our users, empowering their digital skills, and gaining privileged know-how.

Responsibilities:

  • Process inquiries from new and existing users by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Offer independent and proactive customer solutions.
  • Advise, train, and support customers before and after the purchase of services.
  • Solve technical problems and answer questions about services and products.

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in German and proficient in English (B2).
  • You are able to work for the project from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts.
  • You have an interest and passion for Social Media.
