About the Role: Sales Manager

We seek a Sales Manager with exceptional communication skills who can build strong relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales in a similar field and owning the sales pipeline strategically and operationally. We provide our sales manager with necessary tools and support for achieving success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and reach out to decision-makers, generate new leads, and screen potential business prospects.
  • Sales Process Management: Conduct intro calls with prospects to assess needs and introduce company offerings. Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline, lead qualification, and nurturing relationships with potential clients and existing customers with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Presentation and Proposal Development: Utilize in-depth knowledge of company offerings and customer research to showcase how our solutions meet client needs. Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and other deal-related materials to support client acquisition efforts.
  • Closing Deals: Oversee the sales cycle to close new business opportunities and achieve personal revenue targets.

You Will Need:

Requirements:

  • English Level: C1/fluent
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar or related position, preferably in IT services companies
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record with lead generation and deal closure
    • Experience with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Excellent communication, time management, collaboration, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
    • Exceptional business etiquette
    • Proactive, innovative, and highly organized, with a focus on driving results in a proactive manner
