Customer Support Specialist for German-Speaking Clients

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a native German speaker to work with our company and provide top-tier customer support to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding products and services.
- Deliver accurate information and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with team members to improve processes and service quality.
- Record and manage customer interactions in internal systems.
- Native fluency in German.
- B2 level English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts.
- Prior experience in customer support is welcome but not required—comprehensive training will be provided.

For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal:
- Full support with paperwork (NIF and NISS) to settle in Portugal.

For candidates relocating from within Portugal (100 km or more from Lisbon):
- A relocation bonus of 1000€ gross to help with your move.
