Job Description: As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be part of our 1st line support team responsible for resolving software and hardware issues for end-users. Your expertise in Office and Windows, along with your ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, will be essential in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this position, you should have knowledge of operative systems, previous experience working as a Service Desk (1st line) or similar, and strong communication skills. Experience in 1st line support to end users is also required.
Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a broad and flexible benefits package, including health insurance, life and personal accident insurance, discounts and benefits, telecommunications plan, and more. We also invest in training and career development, providing certified training, online training platforms, and Pearson VUE exam center opportunities.
