Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager in AWS Marketplace, you will be responsible for building and executing programs to increase AWS Marketplace adoption at AWS customers across Israel. You will work closely with AWS teams to set strategy and determine which products to pursue to maximize value for Buyers & Sellers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a short-term and long-term strategic AWS Marketplace plan
Work with existing AWS business development and field organizations to engage with customers and partners to execute joint go-to-market programs
Serve as a key member of the Israel Region and EMEA Marketplace teams in helping to define and deliver the strategy for SI Consulting and ISV technology partners
Understand the technical requirements of customers and partners, and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings
Educate and enable the sales teams and increase visibility of AWS Marketplace products across all relevant AWS teams
About the Team
To support the customer adoption of AWS Marketplace across EMEA, we are a team of specialist business development managers engaging with Technology Partners, Channel Partners, and Customers to educate and enable the acquisition of SaaS via a digital marketplace.
Requirements
3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services (preferred)
3+ years of business agreements development, negotiation, and execution experience (preferred)
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams (preferred)
