Content Analyst for Internet Safety

We are seeking a Content Analyst for Internet Safety to join our team at Accenture. As a key member of our Trust and Safety offering, you will play a vital role in keeping the internet safe and helping platform companies accelerate, scale, and improve their businesses.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, as well as investigating, escalating, and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong resilience and coping skills. You will work closely with our clients to understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines. Your ability to work well individually and as part of a team will be essential in this role.
You will also participate in process improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency of work, as well as engage in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role.
Key Responsibilities- Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels;
- Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team;
- Serve as an advocate for the user community;
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency of work;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Hebrew level C1 or above and English level B2 or above;
- Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills;
- An ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies;
- A comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams;
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills;
- Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture;
- A high affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported;
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team;
- Ability to work differing rotations/shifts and non-standard work hours;
- Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment;
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
