**Job Overview**

We are seeking an extraordinary individual to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients worldwide. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work collaboratively with customers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a professional manner.

You will analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions, providing an omnichannel service via telephone, email, chat, and social media. Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by New Balance is essential, as well as becoming an expert on all things New Balance.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Work collaboratively with customers to answer product information requests and resolve queries
- Analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions
- Provide an omnichannel service to customers via telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by New Balance
- Become an expert on all things New Balance
- Embody company values and act as a brand ambassador

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A fluent level of Italian and Spanish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- High-level English (both written and spoken)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of €13,538.46 per year, plus incentives and benefits including:
