Job DescriptionAs a Strategic Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for working across different sizes and segments of customers, delivering 1:1 engagements through comprehensive discovery and expert recommendations. You will facilitate 1:Many webinar events and scaled campaigns to ensure our customers are deriving value, optimized for success, and happily growing with us for the long term.
A day in the life of a Strategic Customer Experience Lead:
- Working across a large cohort of different types of customers, from small Retail to larger Enterprise organizations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Zendesk Advocacy/Support, Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and more.
- Utilizing data and insights to shape your approach, inform your discovery, and bolster your recommendations.
- Forecasting and mitigating risk to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with customers to provide consultation, demos, and standard processes on Zendesk product capabilities for quick wins. Additionally, you will guide customers on advanced product features and integrations.
The Scaled team is committed to continuous improvement, testing, and iterating, seeking innovative ways to work efficiently and deliver the best customer experience possible.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience identifying business objectives and mapping solutions in a thorough, compelling, yet crisp manner.
- Dynamism, agility, and nimbleness in a rapidly changing environment.
