About the Role
We're looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Keeping customers informed about company products, services, and promotions
- Delivering first-class service to ensure customer satisfaction and company growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Middle education degree
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Mastery of English language and French (C1 level)
- Flexibility and ability to work shifts
