Job Title: Marketing and Rewards ManagerWe have an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing and Rewards Manager to join our team in the EU region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Loyalty Programme Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the FedEx Rewards programme across multiple European markets, ensuring seamless delivery of engaging experiences and rewards to customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across regions to ensure a unified approach to programme design and execution, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop campaigns, assets, and collateral to promote the loyalty programme, driving member registrations and reward redemptions.
- Programme Enhancements: Work closely with the Programme owner to identify improvements to the reward journeys, bonus offer strategy, and member experience.
- Scheme Management: Proactively monitor rewards and points redemption rates to maintain customer engagement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Loyalty and Rewards Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing or supporting loyalty and rewards programmes, particularly in a multi-market environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across various teams and markets, coordinating stakeholders and managing regional preferences.
- EU Regulatory Expertise: In-depth understanding of EU regulatory landscapes, including GDPR, data privacy, and consumer protection laws.
- Budgeting and Financial Planning: Strong experience in managing program budgets, financial forecasting, expense tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Degree in Marketing or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
