About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to join our team as a Billing Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and monitoring financial flows, including premiums and claims, for a portfolio of clients or products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients and companies on accounting matters related to contracts
  • Set up accounting and financial flows for new contracts by providing necessary data
  • Generate premium issuance and/or claims billing related to contract input
  • Handle unpaid premiums or claim reminders
  • Manage inventory of client or product portfolio
  • Handle unallocated funds and calls for funds
  • Follow up with clients within Group's working capital processes
Requirements
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of insurance contracts is advantageous
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Attention to detail, with ability to follow rules and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Good organisational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in French, with minimum level of B2, ideally C1
