Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Specialist for Software Services, you will provide support to customers by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information.

You will assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via various communication channels.

Our ideal candidate will adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels.

Your Key Skills and Qualifications

A native level of German and a good level of English are required.

You should be an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people.

A drive for excellence and professionalism is essential.

You will be a real team player and committed to your work.

What We Offer

A one-year contract, renewable every year, with paid training (1 - 4 weeks).

Working hours: full time (40 h/week; 5 days/week) on rotating shifts (Mo - Fr 7 am - 10 pm).

Two salary options: including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1,125€ gross/month; excluding accommodation: 1,490€ gross/month.

Airport pick-up and administrative support for your integration in Portugal.

Subsequent reimbursement of flight costs.

Free annual flight home.

Accommodation in a room in a shared flat in Lisbon.

Free Portuguese language courses, water sports activities, soft trekking, and more.

Private health insurance included from the first day of contract signature.
