Customer Support Specialist for Microsoft Cloud

As a Customer Support Specialist for Microsoft Cloud, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers using the Partner Center Platform. About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist for Microsoft Cloud. In this role, you will be working closely with customers to resolve technical issues, provide feedback to Technical Advisors and Product teams, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time to resolution and escalation. You will also have the opportunity to maintain your technical skills through ongoing training and development programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support deliveries and work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform
- Determine technical support pain areas while working with customers
- Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time to resolution and escalation
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (minimum B2)
- Customer service experience in a technical support environment (a plus)
- Troubleshooting mindset (a plus)
