Customer Support Specialist in German Market

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a German-speaking professional, you will provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries and resolving any issues. The position is on-site, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 11 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat, ensuring high-quality service and efficient problem resolution.
- Assist customers with questions related to products and services.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
