We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cross Border Talents team as a Global Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to Spanish-speaking advertisers on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide step-by-step technical guidance.
  • Troubleshoot platform-related challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Offer personalized coaching to help clients enhance their advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to suggest improvements and boost user satisfaction.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of up to 1366 euros per month, including bonuses and a food allowance. You will also have the opportunity to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, where you will enjoy a range of benefits, including flight reimbursement, permanent shared housing, and utilities included. Additionally, you will receive private health insurance, a meal card, and holiday bonuses.

About the Role:
  • This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional service.

  • We are looking for someone who is fluent in Spanish and has B2-level English proficiency. Residency in Portugal with a valid EU passport or residence permit is also required.
Schedule and Work Environment:
  • Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, with 8-hour shifts and a 1-hour lunch break, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
  • Average of two days off per week, scheduled in advance.

Start Dates: January 2, 2025, or January 6, 2025.
