Job Title: IT Project Manager for Meeting Room Technology

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our global team responsible for meeting room technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the deployment and operational excellence of AV equipment, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience in all meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project deployment plans and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful implementation.
  • Generate detailed reports using Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to provide management with real-time insights into project statuses.
  • Manage the deployment and operational excellence of AV equipment, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience in all meeting rooms.
  • Collaborate with international teams to align technology standards and practices, fostering a unified approach to global communication.
  • Ensure that SAP employees, customers, partners, and guests can effectively utilize meeting room technologies in SAP Offices globally.
  • Develop and document standardized processes for meeting room technology management, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to meeting room technology performance, usage, and trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Create clear and user-friendly guides for meeting room technology usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Participate in the assessment, testing, and implementation of innovative meeting room technologies on a global scale.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience: Project Management Experience.
  • Understanding of IT asset management systems, showcasing a robust skill set with relevant tools and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in a global team setting.

Location: Europe – Portugal (Lisbon)
