About the Role
The Lead Task Automation Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge automation workflows that drive efficiency and accuracy. This position involves mentoring and guiding other developers, ensuring the adoption of best practices and coding standards.
As part of the Task Automation team, which integrates Business Automation and operates under the concept of Hyperautomation (Service & Automation practice), the successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of UIPath automation solutions. They will provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of UIPath developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, and ensure the quality and efficiency of automations through code reviews and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of UIPath automation solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of UIPath developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document automation requirements.
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of automations through code reviews and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UIPath automation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in RPA development using UiPath.
- Experience in leading automation projects and managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of RPA technologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
