Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Coffee Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and has a strong track record of success in customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and industry trends
- Provide expert advice and guidance on our products and services to customers
- Conduct initial market analysis to stay ahead of the competition
- Maximize sales of all available products, including coffee, tea, and accessories
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in Portuguese (mandatory)
- Proficiency in English (an asset)
- Basic knowledge of specialty coffee
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team player mentality
- Strong work ethic and respectfulness required
- Competitive salary: €1200 - €2000 per month
- Annual bonus based on performance: up to €1000 after tax
