As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager at Bosch Group, you will be responsible for overseeing partner registrations, managing onboarding processes, and analyzing partner performance metrics. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for distributors regarding operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee partner registrations and manage the onboarding process for new partners
- Continuously track and analyze individual partner performance metrics
- Monitor partner training levels and optimize training administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors regarding operational issues
- Collaborate with internal sales teams on administrative topics related to the Partner Program
- Act as a liaison between distributors and finance to ensure timely and accurate execution of rebate programs
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in business, marketing, or finance. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. Advanced skills in Excel and data-driven analytical skills are also required. Additionally, you should have a detail-oriented approach to work, proven ability to execute tasks effectively, and results-driven mindset.
