Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cross Border Talents Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braga, Portugal.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and implement them promptly.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Basic knowledge of English is required for communication with colleagues.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Shift Work: Ability to work rotational shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to multitask.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: €830 per month (14 payments per year) or €1,700 per month (12 payments per year).
  • Benefits: Meal Allowance: €7.23 per day, Transport Allowance: €20 per month, Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (employee contribution required; free after 6 months), and Position Bonus (Braga): €20 per month (paid over 12 months).
