About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team and help us expand our restaurant partner base. Your primary focus will be on making outbound calls to current customers to present them with solutions tailored to their business needs, ensuring they generate significant revenue increases with TheFork month over month.

You'll also be responsible for supporting restaurants through email and phone, providing guidance on positioning strategies, revenue management, and online marketing. In addition, you'll sell, upsell, and retain products and customers, acting as the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships with key clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to present customized solutions for their businesses
  • Support restaurants via email and phone, offering guidance on strategic positioning, revenue management, and digital marketing
  • Sell, upsell, and retain products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive fixed salary of $65,000 per annum, plus bonus and equity opportunities.
