About the Role
At Cross Border Talents, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a French Customer Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a candidate with native-level fluency in French who can respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to address and resolve questions and issues related to our products or services. Additionally, you will provide courteous and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quick and effective solutions. To guarantee that problems are fully resolved, you will follow up with customers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have native-level fluency in French. We value individuals who are eager to learn and contribute, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a customer service mindset. No prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
