About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Campervan Operations Manager, based in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our depot, including managing vehicle turnover, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

You'll work closely with our Senior Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily vehicle turnover operations, ensuring that vehicles are prepared for hire and meet our high standards;
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to inform business decisions;
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
  • Collaborate with the local team to identify opportunities for growth and development;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a fast-paced operational environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to drive campervans;
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays (as required).
