National Sales Account Strategist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Account Strategist to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing W/S and national accounts to deliver profit, volume, sales driver, and brand building objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a sell-out culture for assigned customer portfolios by setting depletion targets and incentives via trade terms and investments.
- Contribute to commercial plan development with high-impact results.
- Gain deep knowledge of customers' structures, commercial policies, and selling methods.
- Develop collaborative relationships with key distributors.
- Collaborate with wholesalers to identify partnership opportunities with uncovered outlets.
- Implement a win-win model considering customers', company's, and consumer's needs.
- Efficiently execute indirect orders from on-premise outlets and ensure smooth service of deals.
- Achieve maximum ROI from allocated national accounts.
- Provide detailed financial performance tracking and analysis to ensure target success.
- Lead a team of 4 Distribution Executives and 2 KAMs, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
- Manage the OTC process, including sales order collection, Order Entry system reflection, credit collection, and correct payment allocation.
About You:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales departments, preferably in FMCG or on-trade sectors.
- Proven track record as a sales field, customer management, and team leader.
- Experience in managing wholesalers is highly valued.
- An inspirational people manager with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
